Aerones has secured $30 million in fresh funding to continue scaling its robotic wind turbine care platform. EstVCA's member Change Ventures remains one of the investors helping Aerones in their pursuit.
Blume Equity participated in the round with existing investors, including Change Ventures, Metaplanet, Mantas Mikuckas, Metaplanet, Pace Ventures, and Future Positive Capital.
Aerones' robotic services revolutionise the maintenance and inspection of wind turbines by helping clients to minimise time, and costs and increase safety. Their technology has been patented and certified.
In Aerones's last round which was a seed round and took place in April, $9 million was gathered from Change Ventures and France's Future Positive Capital. The finances were allocated to scale-up operations as fast as possible. By April Aerones had been working with 9 out of 10 of the biggest firms in the industry, one of them being GE.
